By purchasing extra abilities ("admin powers") in any of our Counter-Strike 1.6 servers from "Weed" or "Pixel3" ("us" "our" "we") you ("the buyer") agree to everything within our Terms and Conditions ("TOC"). All sales and purchases are final. No refunds are avalible at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, your admin powers being removed. We reserve the right to change the TOC at any time without informing you. You are held responsible to have read the TOC and to check for updates on the TOC by yourself. We reserve the right take away anything you have purchased at any time if we suspect you are not following, or have previously not followed, our TOC completely.
TOC:
1) You agree not to abuse any of the extra abilities ("admin powers") that you have been granted.
2) You will be reasonable and just when using any admin powers to appropriatly enforce the rules of each server.
3) You will not excessivly use the admin powers to entertain yourself.
4) You will follow all server rules.
5) You will not use your admin powers directly or indirectly in helping a player break our rules.
6) You agree that "abuse", "reasonable and just", and "excessive" are all defined by us, and that we do not have to define these terms to you.
